Guide
Best power station for home backup
On stored energy alone, the EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 (4,096 Wh) outlasts the Anker SOLIX F3800 (3,840 Wh), while the F3800 has the higher continuous output at 6,000 W. A 1,500 W Lasko heater needs at least 1,500 W continuous or a documented resistive boost.
Home backup in this set is a fridge, a CPAP, a router, a light, and maybe a heater or a sump pump. It is not a central air conditioner. The 24-hour and 3-day planners add those loads up.
| Station | Hours at a steady 100 W draw | Why this row |
|---|---|---|
| EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 | 34.8 hr | Heater: runs. The 1,500 W element is within the 4,000 W continuous output. A resistive load does not add a separate motor surge. |
| Anker SOLIX F3800 | 32.6 hr | Heater: runs. The 1,500 W element is within the 6,000 W continuous output. A resistive load does not add a separate motor surge. |
| EcoFlow DELTA 2 Max | 17.4 hr | Heater: runs. The 1,500 W element is within the 2,400 W continuous output. A resistive load does not add a separate motor surge. |
| BLUETTI AC200L | 17.4 hr | Heater: runs. The 1,500 W element is within the 2,400 W continuous output. A resistive load does not add a separate motor surge. |
| Anker SOLIX F2000 (PowerHouse 767) | 17.4 hr | Heater: runs. The 1,500 W element is within the 2,400 W continuous output. A resistive load does not add a separate motor surge. |
| Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus | 17.4 hr | Heater: runs. The 1,500 W element is within the 3,000 W continuous output. A resistive load does not add a separate motor surge. |
| Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 | 17.4 hr | Heater: runs. The 1,500 W element is within the 2,200 W continuous output. A resistive load does not add a separate motor surge. |
| Goal Zero Yeti 1500X | 12.9 hr | Heater: runs. The 1,500 W element is within the 2,000 W continuous output. A resistive load does not add a separate motor surge. |

Questions
Best power station for home backup?
On stored energy alone, the EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 (4,096 Wh) outlasts the Anker SOLIX F3800 (3,840 Wh), while the F3800 has the higher continuous output at 6,000 W. A 1,500 W Lasko heater needs at least 1,500 W continuous or a documented resistive boost.
What does the hours column measure?
Hours at a steady 100 W draw. The hours use nameplate watt-hours times 0.85, divided by the average draw named in that column. They are not a lab test of the station.
Why is the list short?
Only stations with a published spec in this set are ranked, and only the first rows are shown. A model that cannot hold the running watts is omitted from the fridge, CPAP, and RV lists. The sump-pump list keeps the stations that will not run it so the cutoff is visible.
Where should I read the caveat?
Home backup in this set is a fridge, a CPAP, a router, a light, and maybe a heater or a sump pump. It is not a central air conditioner. The 24-hour and 3-day planners add those loads up.
