Best power station for a sump pump
The Zoeller Model 53 at 115 V draws 1,115.5 W while running. Stations under that — including the RIVER 2 series, the AC70, and the Yeti 500X — will not hold it. Stations above it still carry a surge risk because Zoeller does not publish starting amps.
Sump duty cycle depends on inflow. Willrun does not invent a 20% duty cycle. The hours below assume the pump runs continuously, which is the right check for a storm that never lets the float drop.
| Station | Runtime if the pump never shuts off | Why this row |
|---|---|---|
| EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 | 3.1 hr | Running draw 1,116 W is within 4,000 W continuous, but startup watts were not published. Willrun will not clear a compressor, pump, or tool start without that number. |
| Anker SOLIX F3800 | 2.9 hr | Running draw 1,116 W is within 6,000 W continuous, but startup watts were not published. Willrun will not clear a compressor, pump, or tool start without that number. |
| EcoFlow DELTA 2 Max | 1.6 hr | Running draw 1,116 W is within 2,400 W continuous, but startup watts were not published. Willrun will not clear a compressor, pump, or tool start without that number. |
| BLUETTI AC200L | 1.6 hr | Running draw 1,116 W is within 2,400 W continuous, but startup watts were not published. Willrun will not clear a compressor, pump, or tool start without that number. |

Questions
Best power station for a sump pump?
The Zoeller Model 53 at 115 V draws 1,115.5 W while running. Stations under that — including the RIVER 2 series, the AC70, and the Yeti 500X — will not hold it. Stations above it still carry a surge risk because Zoeller does not publish starting amps.
What does the hours column measure?
Runtime if the pump never shuts off. The hours use nameplate watt-hours times 0.85, divided by the average draw named in that column. They are not a lab test of the station.
Why is the list short?
Only stations with a published spec in this set are ranked, and only the first rows are shown. A model that cannot hold the running watts is omitted from the fridge, CPAP, and RV lists. The sump-pump list keeps the stations that will not run it so the cutoff is visible.
Where should I read the caveat?
Sump duty cycle depends on inflow. Willrun does not invent a 20% duty cycle. The hours below assume the pump runs continuously, which is the right check for a storm that never lets the float drop.
